Moby Bis Platform Sneaker

I absolutely love my ASH Moby Platform Sneakers! They have the perfect mix of style and comfort — the platform gives just the right amount of height without feeling heavy, and they look amazing with everything from jeans to dresses. The leather feels super high quality, and they’re comfortable enough to wear all day. I get compliments every time I wear them! My daughter steals them every weekend to wear to either school dancers or Bat Mitzvahs! Overall, such a chic and versatile sneaker — totally worth it!

First, the product picture does not match the real product in life. I repeat, the picture Does Not represent the real product in life.

Additionally, these are also the most stiffest pair of sneakers I’ve ever owned. They hurt a lot, you can only wear them for a couple hours before feeling pain.

But the customer service here is something else. I emailed them with all my reasons and explanations for a refund or ANY type of compensation, feeling that $200+ for sneakers that aren’t accurate and are painful were not fair. They said ok, but gave so much attitude with each response. The first response asked me a question that I had spent a paragraph answering in my initial email. I wish they read my email carefully or with basic effort. We went back and forth a couple times, and they never addressed the fact that the product picture isn’t even correct. I told them to change it too, and they ignored me.

I attached a screenshot of their first response to my initial email. Their confusion for my return was explicitly explained all throughout my email, so this attitude and response was so bizarre for me.

Thankfully, they’re willing to do a refund. Thank you. But I won’t be ordering from here again. It sucks, because I have an older pair of sneakers from Ash that I love. But this situation and their incompetent responses were just so… weird. For the prices of their shoes, this is just rude.

So, again— change your product picture. It’s not accurate.
