Shipping Policy

 

You will own the goods when UPS delivers the goods to you.  Please note that we aim to ship all orders within 24-48 business hours from purchase date. Delivery times appearing on the Site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. ASH is not responsible for any delays by the shipper or carrier, weather or other delays caused by any event outside of our control.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the UPS carrier tracking number. You can also check the status of your order anytime by clicking on the link to view your order from your order confirmation email or by logging in to My Account and viewing your order.

Free Ground Shipping is only valid on orders $150 or more and for shipping addresses within the continuous United States. Orders below $150 will be charged $10.00 for Standard shipping.    You have the option to expedite shipping your order to Two-Day or Next Day at your expense. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii cannot be expedited.  Transit times are based on the date the goods are shipped from the distribution center.

* Shipping fees and sales tax are not counted towards the merchandise subtotal. Only one promotional code can be used per order. Free Shipping promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted.

^ There is no expedited shipping outside the 48 continuous states. We do not offer Next Day or Two-Day delivery to Alaska and Hawaii.
