Return Policy

Gift Cards are not returnable and are nonrefundable.

We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days from your order date. All FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns may be refused or rejected if the product is not returned in the original packaging and becomes damaged as a result of the process not being followed.

You may obtain a return authorization by going to the Return Center.  Once the return is authorized, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and a return shipping label via email for you to print and drop off at UPS location.  If you schedule a carrier pick-up, any additional charges assessed by the carrier will be deducted from the refund.

The merchandise should be returned using the UPS carrier label provided to you. Please make sure the product is packed in its original shoebox with its packaging material.  Include a copy of the original packing list and please note the RA number on the package.  No refunds are given for shipping charges; a $10 label fee will apply and be deducted from refund for all returns.

Once your return items are received, it could take up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.  Your refund will be issued to your original payment method less any freight or other rework charges deemed necessary.  The refund could take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your card statement, depending on your bank’s processing center.

If your item is damaged upon receipt, we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible. Please include a photo of the damage item to assist us with your issue. Simply request a return via Return Center within 30 days of your order date or contact us directly to expedite your replacement.

We offer a flexible returns policy to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  However, we do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused.
